Phillip –

Phil. He’s making faces at me – but that’s because that day’s WOD was beastly.

Phil and Jamie have worked since 2009 to build CrossFit North Arlington into Arlington’s premier strength and conditioning gym. Phil currently coaches all Tuesday and Thursday 7 p.m. CrossFit classes. His commitment to a healthy lifestyle and alternative fitness started in 1994 when he opened Dyno-Rock, and has evolved into the partnership between the two businesses.

Jamie –

Jamie. Toes to bar.

Jamie has been working with Phillip since 2008, and in 2009 they decided to affiliate and create CrossFit North Arlington.

All our coaches have an unparalleled passion for fitness, wellness, and quality of life. Each coach has a unique eye, and between the three of us our varied approaches to coaching and cues gives ensures that we give each athlete 300%.
