DNF – coming soon.

As we embark upon our new programming style (which isn’t really “new”, btw, it’s really the same stuff just more focused) you’re going to see that acronym up on the board from time to time – perhaps even by your own name.

 

It’s okay.

 

It’s not the end of the world.  What we’d like to see is that time constraint creating a sense of urgency – so when it’s time to sprint, it’s time to SPRINT, when it’s time to do burpees, it’s time to drop and pop.

If you get a DNF, don’t let it beat you down, just know that it means that next time, go faster.
