Today Seth killed it – 3:50 for the squirrel and I’m pretty sure that we had 90% of you PR your front squat.
Elizabeth banged out 51 (yes…FIFTY ONE) 65# front squats!

Great job guys. Excellent work. More to be done tomorrow.
