The most important rep…
So much is made about the last rep of your workout, but it’s not the one that counts most. Nor does the first rep.
The rep that counts most is the one you half ass. Because it doesn’t count. Because you cheated yourself. Because you let your fatigue win.
Because you didn’t do it right.
The rep that counts most is the one that I have to correct you on…because in that moment you lost sight of your goal and gave in to that simpering voice in the back of your mind begging you to stop.
Chest to deck.
Crease of the hip below the crease of the knee.
Chest to bar.
Hips open at the top.
Full extension at the top of the push up (I see this a LOT)
Jump at the top of the burpee.
