It ain’t free.

Word of advice folks – you’ll pay for what you want.
Your goal – whatever it is – will have to be earned.
You don’t get to show up and be the best YOU you can be without putting in the work. Flexibility and mobility MUST BE continually worked at. You don’t need to have a super range of motion but you should have a NORMAL range of motion.
Those plates on the bar won’t be adding up if you’re afraid to train under the bar.
You’re going to earn this – through sweat, time, callouses, tears, frustration, commitment, bruises, and so much more.
It’s yours to earn…but make no doubt – this isn’t free.
