It’s not enough

It’s not enough to just go through the motions. You’ve got to be hungry for more. MORE is how you improve, how you get better.
You’ll never get a deadhang pullup if you ride the band. You’re supposed to, you SHOULD, want to need less assistance on the pullups and more weight on the bar.
If you’re here to chase anything, the prey should be your numbers…how much scaling you’re getting – or not getting, how much weight is on the bar, and how strong your movements are.
I don’t want to hear it when I say “Nope, use a lighter band.” or “Nope. Add more weight.” because that’s why you’re here. You’re not here to find contentment in where you’re at.
You’re here to get better. So DO it.
