Face that fire and walk right through it…
Today’s workout is not fun. None of you will be happy doing it, and somewhere around the 4th or 5th round, you’ll start shaking your head saying No, not wanting to do it.
Do it, push through it, it’ll be over before you know it. Yes, yes you can. There’s nothing stopping you but yourself and some kind of idea that you can’t complete the task.
Pushing onward, even when you feel like you can’t, that’s what it’s about. That’s how you get better. Sometimes you come in and your beat down from the day and you’re tired and you’ve still got to go to the grocery store and your list is a mile long but you’re here and you’re doing it…then you start winding down in the middle of the WOD because everything else is weighing on you.
Do not relent.
You CAN do this.
It’ll be over soon, you’ll be better for it. Promise.
