Take a hard look…

At what you’re doing.

Why are you here? What are you hoping to accomplish? What’s your end goal? How are you going to define your success with this program?

If you’re plateauing, if you’re not where you think you should be…
a) come talk to us.
But only come talk to us AFTER you’ve committed yourself to taking an honest look at your lifestyle, and are ready to acknowledge certain changes will have to be made.
b) prepare to make significant changes.

Do you drink?
Do you smoke?
Do you eat a lot of crappy, unhealthy, processed foods?
Are your goals realistic?
Is your training in line to achieve those goals?
Are you getting rest and recovery?

Those questions have to be answered before we can assess the situation and formulate a plan of action. You have to be committed to making the changes necessary. Sometimes that means doing things you don’t want to do…cutting back you drinking, skipping desserts, or excluding certain comfort foods altogether.

Completely worth it.

So take a hard look. Figure out what we need to do to build you better.
And then, lets get to it.
