Our classes start at their listed times. I prefer for you to be here 10 minutes early or so, so you can do your own moving around and get ready to get started on the official warm-up. You can take that 10 minutes to work on a specific skill – muscle ups, dips, double unders, whatever…before your actual training time starts.

But the workout starts on time. It doesn’t start five minutes after time, it certainly doesn’t start ten minutes after time. It’s unfair to the coaches and it’s unfair to the class for anyone to come in after the class is started.
