Starting 11 April, we will offer an 11:15 a.m. class Monday – Friday. This is a lunch hour class, same hour that every other class is. If you’re interested in the midday work, hit me up!

    Ugh. This wod is not for the faint of heart and certainly not a fun wod at 7am for us non-morning folks. 5reps at 155 dl, pretty damn proud of myself, excited about the crossfit total again! Im going to kick my last totals ass continuing with these intense wods. Btw: love the burpees

  2. Great workout again this morning. Just my second class and safe to say i’m in danger of being hooked. In addition to the daily arse whooping there is plenty of skill development to work on. Double unders, kipping pullups, OHS just to name a few. It doesn’t take long to realize the depth that crossfit has to offer. as well as the opportunity there is to learn something new every class. John really does an excellent job of cuing and motivating participants, and i’ve already seen examples of crossfit’s scalability. It can be tailored for everyone. Just be sure to bring plenty of want to!
