You’re gonna get sore.

Hey folks, listen up.
This is CrossFit. You’re working out at high intensity across broad times and modal domains. You’re moving weight and you’re pushing your body around and you’re slamming into things and you’re probably not used to this type of workout.

So you’re gonna get sore. That’s just the way it is. Aches, pains, bruises, skinned knees and shins and chests, it happens and you’re just going to have to deal with it.

There’s a difference between being SORE and being HURT. If you’re HURT, we need to address your injury. If you’re sore, take some ibuprofen and roll that shit out.
