Make it official…

Hey guys. New Year’s resolutions? Meh. How trite. They’re easy to make then blow away, right?

So we’re going to be accountable. Think about what you want to accomplish this year with your fitness. Got a jellybean addiction you want to kick? Want to deadlift double your body weight? Want to smash Fran into a sub 4 minute workout, RX’d? Kick the sugar monster to the curb?

Great.

Write it down on a piece of paper, bring it in with you. We’re setting up a “Goals & Aspirations” wall. Your pic, holding your list, will be up there. Underneath will be your list typed out nice and pretty with a blank beside it where you can write your date of achievement down.

Accountability. Think about it.
