Moving your mass…

Just a little bit of perspective, really quick.

A couple of folks have commented on how bad it sucks to workout next to a firebreather. Well, it doesn’t suck, it’s just disheartening and a little discouraging. I get that, I HATEEEE sprinting next to someone guaranteed to be faster than I am. I just…dislike running so intensely, then to have to do it beside someone better than me? *sigh* My poor ego.

No seriously, perspective.

I’m going to use Kris and myself as the example here.
Kris is a body weight QUEEN. She will smoke the ever livin’ sh!t out of any athlete here at the body weight stuff. Her body weight is THIRTY POUNDS LIGHTER than mine, so for her to do the same weight as I do in a squat, we’ll have to add 30 lbs to her before we’re even.
I have to keep that in mind when I’m frustrated. I’m moving a lot more weight through the air than she is.

Just something to think about.
