Clean clinic, working on power cleans then…

If we dream it, we can do it. The hard part isn’t in the realization of the dream. The hard part is overcoming everything your dream didn’t prepare you for along the way to realization.

Just to be clear – a power clean pulls the bar up higher and doesn’t take the squat. A clean has the lower receiving point, and a squat. The WOD calls for ‘squat cleans’.

If you’re not registered for Barbells for Boobs get that way! Save a pair! If you’re NOT planning on registering, I understand but at least come out and hang with us while we get the party going at J. Gilligan’s over on Mary & South. 🙂 Nothing like having some moral support, right?
