Special SUNDAY WOD – 10 October 2010

Oh yeah, we’re gonna do it. 10 a.m. @ XFNA –

MURPH.
* 1 mile Run
* 100 Pull-ups
* 200 Push-ups
* 300 Squats
* 1 mile Run

For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

This is a freebie. This is a bring it out and bring it on WOD, and it’s no joke. Grant, Clay, Kerzee, Bayer, Kris, y’all better be on board with this.
