First of all, let me say HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO KRIS!
She’s been with us since before we were CrossFit…she’s been through our learning curve, our certifications, our affiliations, and she’s hung in there and it SHOWS.

Lookit that! She’s come a long way y’all! That pull up was kicking her ass!

So –
Today’s WOD –

100 m SPRINT – this means haul your ass people.
100 m waiter walk
25 air squats
100 m waiter walk
25 hang cleans
100 m waiter walk
25 press
100 m waiter walk
25 thrusters
100 m SPRINT

waiter walk = 25/45
all other weights – 65/95

    Thanks for the shout out Jamie. It has been worth every sore muscle
    (and ALL of them have been sore), bruised up shins, knees and thighs, broken nails, pukey feeling and repeated remedial squat lessons!!!
    Even though I still walk in the box scared, I feel confident my body will fight till I drop! Its all worth it!
